I. The 4 Elements of a 'Good Question' for Quick Troubleshooting

 

For complex issues, providing the following four elements clearly can significantly reduce the time needed for a solution.

  1. Environment: Clearly state the environment where the issue occurred. (e.g., OS/Browser type, JDK/Spring/Kosmos DSL versions, etc.)

  2. Reproduction Steps: Detail the steps needed to reproduce the issue, numbered sequentially. Please attach screenshots or logs if necessary, and MANDATORY: mask any sensitive information.

  3. Attempted Solutions: Include any documents referenced, code tried, or alternative solutions tested to resolve the issue.

  4. Expected vs Actual: Separate descriptions of the expected behavior (result) and the actual behavior (result) are essential for quickly identifying the root cause.
