UNeedSoft ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and values the personal information of AmenTalk ("the Service") users. This policy explains what personal information the Company collects, uses, retains, and destroys.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Company outsources the processing of personal information as follows to operate the Service infrastructure:
Cloud infrastructure operations: Cafe24.
Push notification delivery: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging
Social login authentication: Google LLC, Kakao Corp.
Online voice recognition (STT) processing: on devices that do not support on-device speech recognition, voice data is sent to the default speech-recognition service provided by the Android operating system (typically Google LLC) to be converted into text. The Company does not separately collect or store this voice data.
6. User Rights
Users may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information at any time, and may request account withdrawal and deletion of personal information via Settings > Edit Profile or customer support.
7. Children's Personal Information
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 14, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
